Return, Cancellation or Refund

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE.

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. ALL DEPOSITS AND PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . User agrees to not dispute nor request chargebacks of any payments made to Drum Coordination Bootcamp LLC or 3rd party financing.

Agreements made between User and 3rd parties, including but not limited to Affirm, shall be the sole responsibility of the User and are strictly enforced as non-cancellable. 3rd party agreements for financing are considered a loan with that 3rd party and shall be considered same as payment in full to Drum Coordination Bootcamp LLC. Financing through a 3rd party is not a payment plan with Drum Coordination Bootcamp LLC and does not warrant or assign any responsibility to Drum Coordination Bootcamp LLC. User agrees that Drum Coordination Bootcamp LLC has no ability to pause or otherwise modify the agreement with 3rd parties.

Any monthly subscription shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to cancel 5 business days prior to renewal or next scheduled payment by emailing [email protected] with subject containing ‘cancel’. Payment plans toward a full amount due are not cancellable.

By purchasing, User agrees to sign contract and provide identification and payment information required on contract. Contracts are made available prior to purchase by emailing

[email protected] with subject “Contract”. Refusal to sign contract shall not entitle User to refund.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase of Digital Content for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have access to the Digital content. User agrees any interest or processing fees charged by 3rd parties are not part of the purchase to Drum Coordination Bootcamp LLC and are excluded from the refunded amount. Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Digital Content.
